Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel and supplier policies and on how close to departure you cancel. The applicable charges are shared in your booking confirmation.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after the suppliers release funds.
